I am getting the mortgage paperwork ready for some first-time homebuyers that are coming into the office Saturday - Customer Convenience is the name of the game !
To receive the first-time home buyers credit, buyers have to have the purchase agreement signed by April 30, 2010 and the transaction needs to close by June 30,2010 ---THE RUSH IS ON -- 3 MONTHS IS NOT THAT FAR DOWN THE ROAD !!!
